Anders Börjefors
Anders Börjefors has 20+ years’ experience from the financial services industry. Between 2009-2015 he was the CEO and branch manager for Credit Suisse’s Stockholm office with responsibility for some of the largest institutional investors in the Nordic region. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, he worked within Equities at UBS both in Stockholm and London between 2000-2009. In his role Anders was responsible for Global IPOs and Accelerate Bookbuilds distributed to all Nordic institutional investors. In 2016 Anders invested in and became CEO of a manufacturer of earphones which he exited in late 2017.
Anders holds a M.Sc. degree from Stockholm School of Economics with a major in Finance. Anders has also studied business administration and finance at San Francisco State University and at Aix-en-Provence III.

Henrik Söderström
Henrik has 30+ years’ experience from UBS and the financial services industry.
Henrik started his career at predecessor firm Arbitech / O'Connor & Associates, a leading market-maker on the OMX derivatives exchange. Henrik has since had a number of roles at UBS, including Country Head Nordics and Netherlands and Branch manager and COO for the UBS offices in Stockholm and Amsterdam from 2014-2024. In addition to spending 3 years with UBS in New York and Stamford, CT, Henrik has also had a key role as Investment Bank COO in the UBS post-Brexit set-up in the EU Head-Office in Frankfurt. This included oversight of Business and Operational risk.
Henrik has studied at the Stockholm School of Economics - Accounting and Finance. He has also attended the Swedish Signal Troops Officer Academy.

Anders Palmqvist
Prior to founding Archipelago Partners and Archipelago Investments Anders Palmqvist was CEO UBS Group Nordic Region.
Anders spent 20+ years at UBS after joining predecessor firm O’Connor & Associates / Arbitech. Anders was CEO and Country Head Nordic Region and spearheaded UBS Group’s strategy in the region across the Investment Bank and the Investment Management divisions UBS Wealth Management and UBS Asset Management. Anders was a member of UBS EMEA Management and CEO of UBS Sweden and Managing Director. Anders has also held various functions in Stockholm and London within the Equities division.
Anders holds a M.Sc. degree from Stockholm School of Economics with a major in Financial Economics and participated in The Wharton School, MBA Graduate International Exchange Program. Anders attended the Swedish Infantry Officer Academy (InfOHS).

Anders Larsson
Anders Larsson has 25+ years’ experience from the financial services industry. Anders joined the financial industry as an Institutional Sales Executive at local brokerage firms and later moved on to Asset Management at KP Pension, insurance company Länsförsäkringar and Nordea bank.
Anders has also worked as Key Account Manager both at Intervalor, Erik Penser and Agenta, prior to setting up his private third-party marketing and placement agent
company in 2014.
Since 2024 he is also part of Archipelago Partners, providing marketing and business development services on behalf of International Investment Managers
to primarily Swedish Institutional Clients and Professional Investors.

Bo R Svensson
Bo brings 25+ years of global financial services and financial markets experience to Archipelago Partners’ Board.
Bo began his career in finance as a Management Consultant with McKinsey & Company, serving financial institutions globally in the areas of strategy and operations. He later joined Lehman Brothers Inc., in New York and Tokyo, as Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Development covering the Americas, Europe and Asia. Currently, Bo is a Private Investor based in New York.
Bo holds a M.Sc. degree from Stockholm School of Economics with dual majors in Economics and Finance and participated in The Wharton School, MBA Graduate International Exchange Program.
