Finansinspektionen) under the Swedish Securities Market Act (Sw. lag (2007:528) om värdepappersmarknaden).

As a tied agent, Archipelago Partners AB is authorised to provide the investment services of reception and transmission of orders in relation to one or more financial instruments and placing of financial instruments without a firm commitment basis. Svensk Värdepappersservice i Stockholm AB is liable for any pure pecuniary loss caused to the customer by Archipelago Partners AB is within the scope of its role as a tied agent, whether intentionally or through negligence.
